India 3x5' nylon flag, canvas heading tape with brass grommets.

The flag of India, also known as the "Tiranga" (meaning "tricolor"), consists of three horizontal stripes of equal width. The top stripe is saffron (orange), symbolizing courage and sacrifice. The middle stripe is white, representing truth, peace, and purity. The bottom stripe is green, standing for faith, fertility, and chivalry. In the center of the white stripe is a navy blue Ashoka Chakra, a 24-spoke wheel that symbolizes the eternal wheel of law, justice, and progress. The flag was adopted on July 22, 1947, shortly before India gained independence from British rule.
